Creating a FlexNet Manager Suite Cloud Service Account and Obtaining a Token
To create a FlexNet Manager Suite Cloud service account and obtain an access token (which you will need when connecting App Portal to FlexNet Manager Suite Cloud), perform the following steps.
To create a FlexNet Manager Suite Cloud Account:
- Login to FlexNet Manager Suite Cloud.
- Click on the Tools menu in the top right and select Accounts .
- The Accounts view opens with the All Accounts tab selected.
- Click Create a service account . The Add Service Member view opens.
- Enter the details of the App Portal Service account and then click Save . The Display Token screen opens, listing your access token.
- Copy this token to a safe location.

Save this token to a permanent location. This is the only time the token will be displayed. If you fail to save the token or misplace it, it cannot be retrieved; you would be required to create a new service account in order to obtain a new token.
